Some advice when selling your property

  1. You may elect to have a title search done to ensure that any mortgage over the title is noted and your financier contacted to ensure release of the mortgage. This could avoid unexpected delays in settlement.
  2. If you are selling your one property and buying another, it is advisable that you include a special condition in the contract to provide for completion of your purchase being dependent upon the completion of the sale of your original property.
